Typical heat-press instructions: Preheat garment and press briefly to remove moisture. Typical settings: 300-320°F (150-160°C) for 8-15 seconds with firm pressure. Use a protective sheet (parchment or Teflon) over the design during pressing. Allow to cool as recommended by your press, then remove the carrier.
Care: Turn garment inside out for washing. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Avoid ironing directly over the design.
