Heat press instructions (recommended starting settings):

• Temperature: 320°F (160°C)
• Time: 10-15 seconds
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Cold peel recommended; if needed, finish with a quick 8-10 second cover press with parchment or silicone sheet.

Care instructions: Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not use bleach or strong chemical cleaners.
