What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG (recommended), PSD, AI, PDF, and TIFF files. PNG files with transparent backgrounds work best. Maximum file size is 500 MB.
Do I need to mirror my designs?
Yes! Unlike our gang sheet builder, uploaded files print exactly as submitted. Mirror all text and directional images before uploading.
Can you review my file before printing?
Absolutely! After upload, our team reviews every file for potential issues. We'll contact you if we spot any problems before printing.
What if my file is the wrong size?
Your file dimensions must match the size you select. If dimensions don't match, we'll contact you to either resize or choose the correct size option.
How much spacing between designs?
We recommend at least ½ inch (0.5") between designs for easy cutting. Closer spacing is possible but may be harder to separate cleanly.
Can I upload multiple files per order?
Each product in your cart represents one gang sheet. To order multiple sheets, add the upload product multiple times and upload different files for each.
